Roland Köster, completed an apprenticeship as an advertising executive and is a graduated media specialist. Before joining forces with JOM, he worked for leading network media agencies, where he gained experiences in the disciplines of strategic planning, media consulting and -purchasing while handling key accounts. Being Member of the Executive Management since 2006, Roland Köster is responsible for “Media”.
Anja Kastner, gained experiences in media planning and -purchase in several full service- and
media agencies for more than 20 years. Being at JOM since 1998, she heads media planning and
-purchase as Member of the Board since 2000. Furthermore, Anja Kastner is responsible for “Regional
Marketing”.
